By placing an order with Atelier 19 Bakery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Atelier 19 Bakery is a home-based kitchen. Our kitchen handles common allergens including: wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. While we take reasonable precautions to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross contamination. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order. 

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment in advance. Please give at least a two weeks notice before placing your order . 

Cancellations and Refunds 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup or delivery information and collecting orders within the agreed-upon timeframe. Atelier 19 Bakery is not responsible for damage caused after an order has been picked up or delivered.
